The Air Travel Trust Payment Policies of 6 August 2012 and 27 April 2021 set out how the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may exercise their discretion to make a payment for the benefit of a consumer of a failed ATOL holder from the Air Travel Trust Fund.

The Air Travel Trust Payment Policy dated 27th April 2021 applies from 27 April 2021 and replaces the ATT Payment Policy dated 6 August 2012. The Air Travel Trust Payment Policy dated 27th April 2021 contains an update to Clause 4.2 because clauses which address the Covid-19 pandemic are published in the Additions to the ATT Payment Policy below.

Additional clauses to deal with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on consumers have been published separately.
