This guidance outlines the approach we will adopt in publicising and consulting with stakeholders on Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEEs) received as part of spaceport and launch operator licence applications.

It explains when and how we will consult on the AEE’s, including where information may be viewed, how comments can be made and the timescales for a consultation. It also provides advice to prospective spaceport and launch operator licence applicants on what we consider to be best practice in their own stakeholder engagement.
