This form is for a Flying Display Director (FDD) to provide CAA with post-event feedback following an Flying Display (Article 86) or Private Flying Display (SERA). Within seven days of the display happening, an FDD is required to submit the attached form listing the display items flown on each day of the display, a description of what went well, any lapses and breaches from required standards and any lessons learned.
