SN-2024/003: Approvals for Flights to Exceed 250 KIAS Below 10,000ft AMSL

This Safety Notice is a reminder all operators that while holding an approval to exceed 250 KIAS below FL100 is permissible, it is imperative that pilots obtain permission from the respective Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) before utilizing this approval within their airspace.
