We are currently developing a revised UK Performance-based Navigation (PBN) implementing regulation that aims to support the development of a systemised, sustainable, and modernised airspace network.

We are seeking views on proposals to update PBN legislation in the UK by consolidating Assimilated UK Reg (EU) 2018/1048 (the UK PBN Regulation) and the PBN elements contained within Assimilated UK Reg (EU) 716/2014 (the UK PCP regulation) into a single, revised regulation. Your feedback will help us to better understand the potential issues, timelines and policy improvements required before we finalise the regulation.
