The requirements contained within Article 37 ANO provide for state operations deploying Part 21 aircraft that hold a valid Part 21 CofA to comply with Basic Regulations and the rules made under it. Upon further review, the CAA has decided that the exemption in respect of SAR operators is no longer required.
