The CAA exempts Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations holding a Part M Subpart G approval in accordance with UK Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014, from the requirements of Article 4(2) and (5) of UK Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014 regarding approval certificate validity. The exemption applies only to those organisations that have applied for Part CAMO approval by 24 September 2021
