Exemption to enable use of the 2021-2022 Edition of the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, even though this is not the version referred to in the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002, as amended by the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2019.
