This exemption provides for extensions to privileges of any licence, rating, certificate or endorsement for Balloon and Sailplane pilots, Instructors and Examiners. It supersedes the previous exemption (ORS4 No. 1381), with the removal of the medical elements that have now been set out in a separate exemption.
