General exemption for any helicopter flying on a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) flight in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012 (‘the Air Operations Regulation’) from the requirements of the Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) with regards to minimum heights and Visual Flight Rules. Re-issued to enable HEMS operations to be conducted without helmets during the transport of COVID-19 suspected cases.
