General Exemption (E 4869) from the requirements of SERA.5001 (Visibility and Distance from Cloud Minima) when flying within the UK at or below 3,000 feet above mean sea level and within Class D airspace. Corrected Version updated to add revocation date of 30 April 2019 to ORS4 1282.
