ORS4 No.1111: Noise Certificate for Single Seat Microlight Aeroplanes

This exemption allows single-seat microlight aeroplanes to land or take off in the UK without being subject to the requirement to hold a valid noise certificate.<BR>This exemption has been issued to enable microlight owners and manufacturers to benefit from the deregulatory measure before the ANO is amended.
