Applications have been made by the UK and other Member States for derogation from certain requirements of the Aircrew Regulation.

The Commission has published Decisions authorising Member States to apply some of the derogations applied for. This document is an amended notification of the derogations that the UK is applying in accordance with those Commission Decisions. It replaces ORS4 No. 1039 which is withdrawn.
