General Exemption under Article 14(4) of Regulation (EC) No. 216/2008 (Basic Regulation) from Commission Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012 (the Air Operations Regulation) Annex IV CAT.IDE.H.205(b)(2) regarding the flight crew seat upper torso restraint system on Robinson Helicopter Corporation R22 and R44 helicopters. This exemption will be replaced by derogation under Article 14(6) of the Basic Regulation in due course.
