Article 124 of the ANO 2009 states the requirements for operations in Required Navigation Performance airspace by UK-registered aircraft - this includes airspace and air traffic routes designated as P-RNAV. Article 124 requires the aircraft to be suitably equipped and operated in accordance with procedures approved by the CAA. This general approval allows aircraft operators to use the procedures in JAA (General) TGL 10 as pre-approved procedures for the purpose of article 124.
