The purpose of this Information Notice is to inform industry that EASA has now launched consultation on Part B of the draft Implementing Rule by means of Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPA) 2011-02. Part B is derived in the main from ICAO Annex 11 ‘Air Traffic Services’, and in part from Annex 3 ‘Meteorological Service for International Air Navigation’.
