Gatwick Airport Limited (GAL) has submitted a proposal to us for the current set of commitments, which are due to expire on 31 March 2025, to be extended for a further four years.

We are now consulting on this proposal.

CAP3078 Final Proposals on extending the current commitments, February 2025

This document  provides our Final Proposals on these matters and responds to the issues raised by stakeholders following our August 2024 Consultation, including in relation to:

  • GAL’s prices and profitability;
  • uncertainty around capacity expansion;
  • service quality targets; and
  • the scope and timing of a future review of the commitments framework.

We have also published a consultancy report from Grant Thornton (GT) alongside our document.
