The CAA’s initial consultation on the next periodic price review of airport charges at Heathrow Airport. The current price cap and associated regulatory arrangements expire on 31 December 2018. This document launches the CAA’s review (called ‘H7’) of the appropriate regulatory arrangements that should be put in place after that date. The document seeks views on the process, strategic themes, and the relevant issues that should shape the CAA’s methodology for the H7 review.
