This report analyses the results of consumer research carried out by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in the first half of 2014. The objective of the research was to better understand consumers’ experiences of disruption to their journeys, and to help inform our approach to enforcing Regulation (EC) 261/2004, known as the Denied Boarding Regulations (DBRs).
