Fees for the registration of aircraft
Please note that cheques should be made payable to the Civil Aviation Authority (not CAA), payment can also be made by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch, Maestro or Delta cards.

How we use your information
The UK CAA's Shared Services Centre collects and stores your name, address, email address and telephone number to fulfil the CAA’s obligations in respect of the Air Navigation Order 2016 Article 27 and of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 1991.

Who sees your personal information and why
We need to share your personal data with CardStream and Worldpay, based in the UK, for the purpose of processing payment. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of our, or our third party's contract and does not affect your fundamental rights and freedoms as a data subject.
The system used to process your information is supported by CGI, based in the UK, and they have routine access to your information to provide services to us.

How long we keep your personal information and why
We retain your personal information as part of our permanent UK Register of Civil Aircraft to fulfil our obligations under the Air Navigation Order 2016 Article 27 and of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 1991.
