New IMC Rating Examiner's Record form. This form is designed to assist examiners when carrying out IMC Rating Tests and will form a permanent record of each test. It is similar in format to the SPA Skill Test and Proficiency Check Examiner's Record (SRG\1157). (This form can be completed online, printed and submitted as instructed).
