A consultation on the scope of the CAA’s mid-term review of Gatwick Airport Limited’s commitments framework. In 2014 the CAA changed the way that it regulates airport charges and services at Gatwick. It moved from calculating a price cap to a more deregulatory approach of relying on specific commitments given by Gatwick Airport Limited. At the time, the CAA said that it would carry out a short and focused review of the new commitments framework in the second half of 2016, to consider whether it was operating in passengers' interests. This consultation document seeks views from all interested parties on the proposed scope of this mid-term review.
