SRG1308: Model Aircraft Exemptions Application - Displays/Competitions

This form should be used to apply for an exemption to Article 166(4)(c) of the Air Navigation Order 2009 to allow a model to exceed 400 ft above the surface at a display or competition. CAP 658 should be read before submitting the form.
