The CAA is consulting on a number of issues relating to the regulation of Heathrow Airport Limited’s (HAL’s) price control and in particular issues relating to new capacity.

As part of this process, the CAA commissioned PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide a view of an initial range for the weighted average cost of capital (“WACC”) for the H7 period (currently defined as the 2020-2024 period).
