Please note that, in the event of the UK leaving the EU without a negotiated agreement, some CAA website content and application forms may continue to carry the EASA logo or reference the EU or EASA rather than the UK CAA in the short term. These will be updated in due course following the UK’s departure from the EU. In the meantime, the guidance provided and the application forms accessed via the CAA website portal will continue to be valid.
The fee payable for licence verification is £46 and you must pay this when you submit the form.
Please note - For security and to help prevent fraud the CAA will only verify your licence details directly to other National Aviation Authorities (NAA), Companies and Airlines.
Any subsequent requests, following changes to your licence, or requests to verify your details to an additional NAA, company or airline must be dealt with separately and will involve a separate charge.
Please note that no verification process is available for NPPL or LAPL holders, as they are not ICAO compliant.
